Activate securely your new University of Turku user account

The activation process consists of the following steps:
  1. A query for the access code sent to you with the invitation.
  2. A visit to the external Signicat service for video-based identification.
  3. Receiving the user account and the password from the account activation service.
Start the process
We expect you have received an invitation beforehand by University of Turku.
The activation process uses video to remotely identify you and your ID documents. Using a mobile phone is recommended, because it likely has a good camera. Please read the Privacy Notice before proceeding.
